Refund Policy

Coach Boe is committed to providing high-quality coaching, speaking, and educational services. Because these offerings involve time, preparation, and limited availability, all purchases are considered final except in rare and exceptional circumstances, as outlined below.

Payments made for coaching services, speaking engagements, live programs, digital courses, or memberships are non-refundable once services have begun or access has been granted.

Refunds are considered only when a serious, unforeseen circumstance arises that fully prevents a client from participating in the agreed-upon services. Examples may include severe medical emergencies or other extraordinary life events that make continued participation impossible.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Coach Boe.

Due to the nature of one-on-one and group coaching, refunds are not provided for completed sessions, missed sessions, or lack of participation. Commitment and consistency are essential to the coaching process.

In rare cases where a qualifying circumstance occurs before services begin, partial refunds may be considered.

Enrollment in live programs, workshops, or group experiences is non-transferable. Seats are limited and reserved upon purchase.

Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or partial attendance. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed prior to the start of the program.

Digital content and member access are non-refundable once access is granted. This includes courses, downloadable materials, and member-only resources.

Refund terms for speaking engagements are governed by the terms outlined in the specific speaking agreement or contract.
